This website, www.ancoramobile.com hereinafter Ancora, is available to any user, for their own consumption, and subject to the following terms and conditions: these Terms and Conditions of Use and Contracting, our terms of payment, our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

When you use Ancora you accept these T&C and the rest of the terms and conditions.

By doing so, you agree not to use this site for illegal purposes.

On the other hand, we inform you that for legal reasons we file the electronic documents in which the purchases are formalized. You will be able to access these documents at any time, from your profile or by requesting it at ancora@ancoramobile.com

3. Users and clients

This website is avaliable to everyone. Registration is not required to access and use this website but in any case will be necessary to respect this terms and conditions of www.ancoramobile.com. Some features will only be available to registered users.

We distinguish between two types of registered users:

  • USERS: If you are a user you can download our MOBILE and DESKTOP APPS.
  • CLIENTS: If you are a client you will have access to MY ACCOUNT and the content you will be able to access will be different if you are a developer or manager.

4. Ancora software solution

4.1 Our products

The Ancora software solutions (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Software’), which includes computer software, associated materials, documentation, as well as any and all related updates and upgrades that replace or supplement the Software in any respect, unless any such update or upgrade is accompanied by a separate license in which case the separate license shall govern. Ancora SOFTWARE SOLUTION includes our:

  • DESKTOP APP: Use your preferred mobile apps from any computer with Ancora. Download now our full featured application to keep working on desktop while using your smartphone. Increase your productivity with managed notifications, phone calls from computer, file and photo transfer and much more. If you want to download you have to click the button “DOWNLOAD”, fill the form giving us an email address where we send the link to download the installer.
  • MOBILE APP: Enable Ancora in your smartphone with our mobile app and connect it to the Ancora desktop application with our wizard. Find Ancora compatible apps in our marketplace or use Ancora with your preferred mobile service. Install the Ancora app now from Google Play on any compatible smartphone. If you want to download you have to click the button “DOWNLOAD”, fill the form giving us an email address where we send the link to download the installer.
  • SDK: Our SDK includes all the needed components to develop using Ancora:
  • The library to add into your mobile apps.
  • The launcher app for the smartphone.
  • Agents for different target OS.
  • Examples and testing applications.
  • If you want to get a free demo of Ancora you have to click the button “REQUEST DEMO”, fill and send us the form.

WEB SERVICE: If you are a client, according to the deffinition gave in the clausule 3 of this terms and conditions, you will have access to your control panel clicking the MY ACCOUNT button and inserting your credentials. Here the content and functionality you will have access to will be adapted to the plan or product you have contracted with Ancora. The use of this web service is in any case subject to the terms and conditions of www.ancoramobile.com.In order to use our products it may be necessary to have an Ancora Service Account. You agree to provide only true, accurate, current, and complete Account Information and will mantain and promptly update the Account Information at all times. If, at any time, any Account Information is determined to be untrue, inaccurate, nor current or incomplete, Ancora may suspend or terminate your account.Ancora reserves the right to request you to provide additional Account Information from time to time and Ancora may terminate your Account if such information is not promptly provided. You agree that Ancora may store and use Account Information to maintain your Account.

4.2 Prices

We offer our products in three different ways:

  • Starter to Kickstart (FREE): This options gives you basic features, single app and evaluation only.
  • Pro developers (APPLICATIONS): This option gives you full featured, unrestricted number of apps and usage based plan.
  • Enterprise corporates (SOLUTIONS): This option gives you specific features, end to end integration custom plan.

4.3 License

In order to use our products you must accept and submit to the terms and conditions of the license under which they are distributed.

You may be redirected from this website to other websites via links.

However, Ancora does not control those sites or their content, which are in fact subject to their own terms and conditions. Therefore, Ancora is not responsible for the quality, truthfulness or accuracy of those sites.

6. Age

You represent that you are of legal age and that you have the legal capacity necessary to be bound by this agreement and to use the Service in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, which you fully understand and acknowledge.

You declare that all information provided to access the Service, before and during use, is true, complete and accurate.

The content and information of the Service (among other data, text, sound, image or computer code), as well as the infrastructure used to provide such content and information, is owned by Ancora or has the corresponding authorizations for its use.

In addition, the modification, reproduction, duplication, copying, distribution, sale, resale and other forms of exploitation for commercial or equivalent purposes of the Service is prohibited.

Any other use of the content of the Service requires our prior written consent.

The products offered in www.ancoramobile.com, and the prices of these products, will be available for purchase while they are in the catalog of products visualized.

In any case, we, Ancora, reserve the right to make the modifications we deem appropriate, being able to update our products and services depending on the market.

The prices that appear on the website are subject to change. Ancora reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. However, upon receipt of the order confirmation, the prices to be paid for that order will not be affected.

Please note that despite the updates we make to the prices of products offered on this website, they may contain errors. We will promptly correct any errors that appear, but they are not binding.

If any provision of these T&Cs is declared, in whole or in part, void or unenforceable, it shall only affect that provision or that part of it which is found to be void or unenforceable. The T&C will subsist in all the rest, having such disposition, or the part of the same one that was affected, by not put .

11. Claims and actions arising from the contract

This contract is governed by Spanish law. In order to simplify the resolution of claims by civil means and to reduce costs, we do not exclude the possibility of submitting ourselves before an Arbitration of Equity of the Court of Arbitration of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services of Vigo.

In this sense, and according to the applicable regulations, we inform you of the existence of a European online dispute resolution platform that facilitates the out-of-court resolution of such disputes for contracts concluded also online between consumers and Internet service providers.
